What a super day - yoga, gi seminar, lunch, no-gi and takedowns, referee workshop and heaps of rolling!
Well done to Jess Fraser from
Australian Girls in Gi for organising such a stellar day and pulling together the best girls from all over the country. All in all we had 37 girls on the mat ranging from 13 to 47 years of age, white through to brown belt and 7 hours of solid training and laughs!
Special thanks to event sponsors
Bodigard for manufacturing and printing the event shirts +
Budo Fight Gear and
GrapplingStore for our raffle-prize gis.
Honoured to be in the company of some of the coolest girls in the country - Carmen Janke, Fiona Muxlow, Jean Alvisse, Maryanne Mullahy, Jess Fraser, Kate Wilson, Lorna Lock, Shizuka Sugiyama...just to name a few.
Here are some pics:

ReplyDeleteCool stuff: I followed the link from fenix's blog. Unfortunately, I'm getting a random error when I try and add your RSS to my Google Reader: is there something up with your settings? :)
ReplyDeleteHey Slideyfoot,
ReplyDeleteThanks for droppping by my blog! Had a look at the settings and dropped a gadget on the sidebar which should sort it out.
Let me know if it works!
L
Poo: nope, I'm still getting the same screen, which looks like this. Could just be me of course, or something random with my computer.
ReplyDeleteIt does have a message on there, which may or may not help:
"If you are the publisher of this feed, sign into FeedBurner and visit your feed's “Troubleshootize” tab to view FeedMedic, our automated diagnostic report for your feed. A cause for the problem, and tips for troubleshooting it, may be found there."
Try now! Feed fixed and gagdet hand coded...
ReplyDeleteHooray! The standard subscribe option still gets that same screen, but your hand-coded gadget works a treat. Clearly your hand coding rocks. :D
