Not competeing (due to injury), I had the chance to coach, cheer and take photographs for the day. Several hours, a headache and very empty stomach later, I have a renewed appreciation for the work that coaches do!
The Gracie Oceania Women's team came away with 2 gold and a bronze - a great effort from first-time competitors Shizuka Sugiyama and Rachel Lindup.
