For my international friends, Queensland is about 90 minutes from Sydney by plane - not quite far enough to stay overnight, but far enough to get up at some ridiculous hour to catch a flight!
Marcus Collings from SASSOM fitness was running around like a mad man making sure everything ran smoothly, and if not for some unfortunate injury stoppages, the day went pretty well.
